Return Policy:
We will accept postage paid returns on any items that arrive to the customer damaged or defective as defined by the artist, Dolly Ahles. We stand behind our products, and will gladly repair or replace any item that is cracked or broken as the result of defect or damage in transit if reported to us by the customer within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. We likewise guarantee the quality of our work. If the customer is dissatisfied with their order for any reason, they may return it all or in part within 30 calendar days for a full refund of the returned portion of the order, minus all shipping fees. Our aim is to provide our customers with a product worthy of the art form itself and we pack our items carefully, so we sincerely hope that product quality and handling are never an issue.
